Block modules can be placed on concrete or pile foundations, insulated with sandwich panels and equipped with utility systems: heating, supply and exhaust ventilation, electric lighting and internal grounding loop. Additionally, supply package can include the following equipment: security and fire alarms, access monitoring and control systems, telecommunication systems, heating cables for connection to external utilities.
Block modules are docked on the foundation, forming a single building equipped with lighting, heating, and ventilation systems. Can be used in both southern and northern regions. Automated process control system implemented in the stations makes it possible to guarantee the operation of water treatment facilities without constant presence of personnel.
Optimized layout of process equipment in the water treatment station allows to place a pump station inside the water treatment plant to supply water to the network.
According to the degree of water purification, water treatment facilities are divided into:
- water treatment facilities ensuring the degree of purification in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01;
- water treatment facilities ensuring the degree of purification up to water supply standards for thermal power engineering;
- water treatment facilities ensuring the degree of purification up to special standards, for example, for water used in production and others.
Upon request, a customized design can be made for any type of water treatment facilities:
- “northern” (for areas with minimum temperature below minus 50 degrees C);
- seismic resistant (in areas with increased seismic activity);
- explosion-proof (at highly hazardous facilities in explosion and fire hazardous areas);
- marine, tropical, as well as any special types of designs at Client’s request.
