Gas quantity measurement system
Gas quantity measurement system (GQMS) is designed for automated measurement of gas volume and parameters, calculation of gas volume reduced to standard conditions, display (indication) and registration of measurement results during storage, transportation, processing, as well as during payment operations.
GQMS is a set of functionally integrated measuring instruments, information processing systems and process equipment. Depending on the category and class of GQMS, various types of flow meters can be used: vortex, ultrasonic, hot-wire, multiparameter and flow meters on the basis of standard restrictive flow orifice devices. All measuring instruments, regardless of the country of manufacture, have a type approval certificate and are included in the State Register of Measurements of the Russian Federation.
